Getting everything set up was super simple. Christopher Martin got in touch with me right away, following the initial payroll processing, and he was quick to help me onboard another client. The highlight? I haven't been bombarded with daily pitches for extra services. It's been a nice change, plus I can manage payroll right from my phone app—how awesome is that!

Jarett even followed up when I got sidetracked with life, helping to keep things moving along, which was a bit tricky since Washington State was slow to send my tax info. He managed to set up my account and get payroll rolling before I had all the final tax details, which was crucial since I needed to issue paychecks. Simply put, their customer service went above and beyond.

All in all, running payroll is straightforward and easy to understand. The web and phone apps have a neat interface and work like a charm on my devices. So far, I've issued three paychecks without a hitch, and I'm optimistic that the rest of the process for quarterly and year-end taxes will go just as smoothly.
